Something out of the ordinary.

In 2021 we acquired the historic headquarter of the CDH (Humanist Democratic Center), built in 1961 by the PSC (Parti Social Chrétien). A new building permit was designed and obtained with a supplementary penthouse office and terrace with a stunning view over the European district. This iconic office building was fully renovated and all technical installations renewed into modern standards. This building offers flexible workspaces and modular meeting rooms, designed to create a beautiful office space with a high level of technical requirements. It is located in the heart of the European district, close to the various European institutions, this building seduced SABAM, that acquired it to establish its activities.
