Therecia Landell was born in Stockholm. She left Sweden for Belgium after finalised studies as a construction engineer at the Royal Institute of Technology. She created the offices and residential department for JM Construction in Brussels, achieving successfully the development of over 100.000 m2 buildings over 10 years. Then, after 7 years with CBRE, a major international real estate broker, she founded Eaglestone in 2010, a remarkable success story in Belgium, achieving the construction of 130.000 m2 residential and offices, reaching 700 million value portfolio in 10 years. Not only does she have outspoken, audacious views on architecture, she is eager to instill in each of her projects a timeless style, which combines simplicity and efficiency.
